This is Painted Pixel—my little corner of the internet where I share the art that’s been on my heart!
I started selling my artwork almost a year ago, creating custom pieces, banners, paper goods, and paintings that help people celebrate the moments that matter most. Around the same time, I was figuring out what stepping back into work would look like after years of staying home with my kids. I kept coming back to two things that have always had my heart: art and hospitality.
Then I realized maybe they were never supposed to be separate.
I’ve always loved the little details at events, the handwritten menu, the custom place card, the flowers, the perfectly imperfect painted sign, the charcuterie board that becomes a conversation piece. Those are the things that make people feel thought of. Seen. Loved.
To me, art isn’t just something you frame and hang on a wall. It’s a way to serve people. It’s creating beauty that tells a story and turns ordinary moments into memories people carry with them long after the night is over.
Serve is where those two passions meet. Whether I’m painting, styling a table, or helping host a gathering, my hope is always the same: that people walk away feeling welcomed, celebrated, and deeply cared for.
